Take it down a notch

The 130+ mobs in Noname Numnery need to be balanced out so that you don't HAVE to have donor's gear to deal enough damage / tank enough to poss with reasonable efficiency; or need to somehow get +13 gear in order to do anything other than just poss at vampires. It feels as if hitting a roadblock.

It's kinda bad that the level 130 area needs ridiculous quality gear in order to deal with the mobs there (well the customized mobs anyway).

There are actually alot of non-donor players who can easily possess in the 130 area
I have seen corearch and Hyperion there recently, both of whom are non-donors.
